I have decided that enough is enough and I am embarking on a 365day Natural living and rejuvination of self a road to purification of self and healing.

Day Two of 40

I'm here again yesterday was pretty hard but I completed it and I dont' plan to give up.Went for a morning cycle went for an hour felt good. Made a Banana shake for breakfast and got my veggies to juice at lunchtime tonight when I get in I will have my favorite spinach and apple juice. I have a feeling it's going to be a long day.
But I'm going to make it..
I felt like having sweets yesterday but I'm going to be strong in this one despite the temtation hitting me in my face.
This really is a challenging time coz Grans cooking is the best and of course Grandad will condem me for not eating etc etc but I'm going to do it.
We also have the family reunion begining on Sunday and of course the dinner will be a hard one Linda will probably tell the whole world that I'm fasting andthen the focus will be on me and questions galore but hey God be with me I'm going to get to my forty day! and guess what? I'm going to have a treat at the end of it I'm going to have my favorite liqorish alsorts!

Day One of Forty

Today's the day the begining of my Forty day.
Father God I give you thanks
I praise you
I honour You
And I give you the Glory for you have been good to me and comforted me and kept me and guided me
I ask Father that you continue to do your work in me continue to love support and help me grow
Continue to watch over me and keep me strong
Father I ask for your support over the next forty days and beyond I ask that you give me protection from all those that try to destroy me
I ask that you give me guidence
Help me to suceed
Help me
Let me hear your voice and keep me strong in Jesus name I pray
AMEN.

Started with a good session at the gym although I did not want to wake up I pushed myself and I go forth today feeling strong and great!

Working Sunday

Today has been productive so far as work is concerned...THANK YOU JESUS! it's been a good one and I give the God the glory for that.
I awoke asking God for his strength and praying for forgivenes and thank you father you are still listening despite me not feeling worthy of y our grace. You are still comforting me and knowing my true heart. Thank you God!

Well tommorrow is the start of my 40day or 6wk juicing...I'm looking forward to the challenge and at the same time very concerned for me. But I'm going to be strong and for the sake of completion and accomplishment of "anything I set my mind to do I can do"...I"m going to do this thing. 8th September is my end date!

The Forty Day Fast

I've decided to start a Forty Day Juicing experience and raw foods. I'm going to do this for six months but with the intention of beginning the forty day firstly. I will start on Monday of this week 31st July and blog my experience on this site including pics including the works. I'm looking for positive feedback I'm looking to assist people who like myself in need of the occasional encouragement not only in taking control of there life but believing that anything is possible once you set you mind to achieving. I really want to get back to a place of control and also commitment to serving God in the way in which he would like. I know that is first and foremost for me.
God help me!
I really want to put all into my new post at the University and want to be an achiever not just a "I'm satisfied" I'm working today but I'm tired because of a late night last night and it's raining and I really should have stayed at home. (yeah right) so so far in terms of productivity in the work place this morning it really has been non productive.
I'm buying a second juicer today to keep at home so that I can begin juicing with no fail from Monday and the one at work will continue to stay here so that I can juice for lunch time. I'm not going to allow my grandparents visit to throw me off board I'm going to be strong and suceed in doing this thing!
It's going to be tough but I'm going to do it...I'm going to take control once again and control my life too.
40days takes me to the 8th of September wow! I'm going to do it though. I'm going to do it do it do it do it!
I also want to loose 40lbs by the time Alex's Wedding comes round on the 22nd September. Yes another trip to the UK and another goal.!

ARGGGGGGGGGGGGhhhhhhhhh

It's been a long time since I last blogged and boy alot has or seems to have happened.
Yes I completed 30 day juice and it felt so great I felt in control and balanced ...had a great time in London and oh how wonderful being in my home time felt.
Got back to Bim changed jobs and now at UWI working hard.
Grandparents are on island and it's great having them around despite my feeling out of sorts a little. I really want to embark on another 30 day challenge because I need to feel in control again and also coz I feel fat. Alex's wedding is on the 22nd Sep and I really want toget down to 150lb by then I really do. So here goes another blog for thirty days and here goes my challenge. Gonna create a blog on the other site though so follow the link.

Day 29-Almost day 30!

Cor dear! wat can I say! it's the day before the last day and this sure has been a thoughtful 29days it really shows me that whatever I set my mind to I can achieve I can do whatever I want.! it wasn't easy at times sure it wasn't but the fact that I've almost done it makes me smile.
My back is in some serious pain for some strange reason and I don't understand why..I'm hoping it's because aunt flow is visiting soon but for the life of me it feels quite uncomfatable. Well today UWI offered me a job and I will reveiw the contract this afternoon and make my decision. I go to England tommorrow and I can't wait.! I'm tired I need a break I also need to connect with Andrew I need some time out of this place.
I need to gather thoughts feelings etc.
Weight loss arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I thought I would have done alot better but to be honest I'm very happy with my results and will continue to push myself until I reach my ideal goal weight of 145/50 ..I certainly intend to get to 150 by Paula's wedding on the 10th May that's one month day. My current weight has stayed the same the whole week I havn't lossed anything this morning the scales said 162lbs so my aim for 159 by tommorrow didn't go as planned anyhow I've lost a total of 17lbs which is certainly better than nothing and I can feel the difference..eveyone has told me so too. I't just the Andrew verdict that I await!
So I won't be logging in tommorrow coz I'll be flying out so it will will have to wait until Wednesday when I'm in England and will find the computer to do just that logg my day 30!
